Hi, I’m Brooke – nutritionist in training, GLP-1 specialist, and champion of sustainable weight loss (with no fad diets in sight).

After losing 80lbs myself, I ditched the all-or-nothing mindset and found a way to get results that actually last. Now, I help women do the same – with realistic habits, mindset shifts, and support that puts mental health first.
