My mission is to help you discover the joy in shaping a healthier, happier you.

Fitness should be fun, accessible, and a source of positivity in your life.

Food shouldn’t be a source of guilt and shame but something to fuel you, and something to enjoy.

My Story

Let me take you back a bit. A few years ago, I was in a place where I wasn’t feeling my best—physically or mentally. I was stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting and feeling constantly frustrated. One day, I decided enough was enough and began my journey towards sustainable weight loss. Over time, I lost over 80 pounds by adopting a balanced diet, practicing mindful eating, and finding exercises that I truly enjoyed. Shape and Joy was born from this place of learning, growth, and joy.
